    We are pleased to announce that the publisher of International Transactions on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (ITEECS) has been changed.

    Effective Date: 27-July - 2026

    The journal will now be published by:

    New Publisher: International Institute of Quantum Science Research, 

    This change has been made to strengthen the journal's publishing operations and enhance the quality and reach of our publication. The journal's aims, scope, editorial policies, peer-review process, and commitment to publishing high-quality scholarly research remain unchanged.

    As part of this transition, the publisher information has been updated in all official records, including the journal website, and the corresponding changes have been communicated to the ISSN National Centre for updating the ISSN registration records. Any future correspondence, manuscript submissions, and publication-related communications should be directed to the new publisher.

    We thank our authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and readers for their continued support and cooperation during this transition. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic publishing.

  • Article Processing Charges (APC) Waiver upto 100% upto 30th June 2027

    We are pleased to announce that Article Processing Charges (APCs) are fully waived for all manuscripts submitted to the journal up to 30 June 2027.

    Under this special APC waiver policy:

    • No submission fee will be charged.
    • No article processing charge (APC) will be charged for accepted manuscripts.
    • The waiver applies to all article types submitted on or before 30 June 2027.
    • Manuscripts will continue to undergo the journal's standard peer-review and editorial evaluation process.
    • The APC waiver does not influence editorial decisions. Acceptance is based solely on the quality, originality, and scientific merit of the submitted work.

  • Appointment of Prof. Joon-Ho Choi as Editor-in-Chief of ITEECS Journal

    I am pleased to formally announce the appointment of Prof. Joon-Ho Choi, Professor of Electrical Engineering at Chonnam National University, South Korea, as the new Editor-in-Chief of the ITEECS Journal. His tenure will commence on March 21, 2025, and extend for a period of three years.

    Prof. Choi brings a wealth of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, with a distinguished academic and research career spanning multiple decades. His contributions to advanced technological research, innovation, and scholarly excellence make him a highly suitable leader for guiding the ITEECS Journal towards continued growth and global recognition.

    We are confident that under Prof. Choi’s leadership, the journal will further enhance its reputation as a leading platform for pioneering research in electrical and computer engineering.
